What is Para-Karate:
Para Karate is an adapted form of karate designed for individuals with disabilities. It allows people with physical, intellectual, or sensory impairments to practice and compete in karate by modifying techniques and rules to accommodate their needs.
Para Karate emphasizes inclusivity, personal development, and self-defence skills, promoting physical and mental well-being through martial arts.
Who are we?
The Para-budo Federation (PBF) team is an enthusiastic team of specialists in their specific area. We offer total work out for children and adults in which the development of coordination, agility, endurance, strength and speed play a major role. By the development of our Para-karatekas with special needs will get a better physical, mental and spiritual health. Club participation offers the opportunity for social and renewed confidence in addition, student develop a spiritual balance in everything they do (yin yang theory).
